摘要
纳豆激酶是日本传统食品纳豆中的活性成分之一,具有强效溶血栓作用,因其分子量小、易吸收且安全,目前是新一代溶栓药物研究关注的热点。本文在介绍纳豆激酶的溶栓作用基础上,简要概括了纳豆激酶的开发应用前景。
Nattokinase is an active ingredient of traditional Japanese food natto, containing a fibrinolytic enzyme that effectively breaks down thrombus. Due to its small molecular weight and digestibility, nattokinase is the hotspot of new generation medicine that dissolves thrombus. In this article, the functions of nattokinase were introduced and the application was prospected.
