摘要
采用动态矢量累积和实时坐标变换来区分G指令编码的加工尺寸类型,利用动态记录和分析来处理所读取的静态数据,将其转换成所要求的3B指令。利用计算机图形学的思想,将直线段和圆弧分别转换成平面向量和有向弧,用对称的方法讨论和处理各种情况,从而将加工图形从加工起点到终点动态的显示在屏幕上,用以判定转换的正确性。
Dynamic vector accumulation and real-time coordinate transformation were adopted to distinguish the type of machining size in the G codes procedure, and the dynamic record and analysis were utilized to deal with the static data, then G codes were transformed into 3B instructions. Using computer graphic thought, the straight line segment and arc were converted to plane vector and direction-arc respectively. All kinds of the instances were discussed with symmetry method, then the machining sketch from the initial point to the terminal point of the process can be shown on the computer screen dynamically to judge the correctness of the sketch.
