摘要
利用两种鞣性比较弱的鞣质进行结合鞣制,得到的成革的耐湿热稳定性大幅度提高,原因是在这两种鞣质之间形成了协同效应,即Synergistic Effect,这是提高成革稳定性的一个比较新型的研究理论体系。本实验使用自制的水杨酸-金属配合物对皮粉进行模拟鞣制,使用DSC对鞣后皮粉测定其相变温度,从而证明了鞣性模块的存在以及模块的协同效应对提高成革耐湿热稳定性的作用。结果发现:水杨酸铬在提高成革收缩温度方面最为明显,其作用后皮粉的热变性温度为146.7℃,其次是水杨酸铝,为145.7℃。
In order to improve the hydrothermal stability of leather, two kinds ot tanning agents with weak properties were used in combination tannage. The research has proved that it is because that there formed the Tanning Matrix between two tanning agents. Because of stable structure and good heat-resistance, the Tanning Matrix can prevent change of collagen molecule in conformation and configuration when it was heated. Consequently, the hydrothermal stability of the tanned leather was enhanced. In order to understand the action mechanism of Tanning Matrix and raw collagen, the salicylic acid with no tanning property and low toxicity, three kinds of metal and their compounds were been reacted with skin powder, then the tanned skin powder were tested by DSC, it could be found that the Tanning Matrix can improve the hydrothermal stability of raw collagen. It is clear that the tanning effect of chrome salicylate was the best one.
