摘要
师范院校的毕业生就业面临着巨大的压力和挑战.鉴于此,师范院校应该重新审视自我,紧跟基础教育改革步伐,革新课程体系,立足本源,在自主创新的基础上,强化教育实习环节,突出师资培养特色.
Graduates from normal colleges are facing the sever challenges for job seeking in current years. In consideration of this situation, the normal colleges should re-definitude their roles and foUow up the reform policy of basic education, and in no vate the course system of normal education. Meanwhile, the practice teaching should be strengthened for the purpose of teachers＇ training on the base of independent creation.
