摘要
混合瘤是涎腺肿瘤中最常见的一种，在口腔颌面外种，为常见病。位于耳鼻咽部却少见。我院自１９８８年至１９９４年收治耳、鼻、咽部唾液腺混合瘤１４例，本文将其临床资料加以分析讨论。唾液腺混合瘤与原发于耳、鼻、咽部的其他肿瘤不易区别，一般在手术前作病理检查，协助诊断，以便确定手术方式。只要手术方法适当，切除彻底，可避免复发。
Abstract patients withmixedsalivary gland tumor of otolaryngology were clinically analyses in this paper, There were 5 males and 9 females ranging in age from 13 to 66 years. Primary tumor in nasal cavity and sinus was 5,in nasopharyngeal 5,in ear area 4.It was not easily distinguished between the mixed tumor and else's tumor in otolaryngology.Biopsy was usu-ally done before operation in order to treat.It may not recurrence so long as operation were sui-table and thorough. Result showed cure in all patients follow-up 1 to 8 years.
