摘要
研究了铜电解精炼过程中添加剂的作用与阴极过电位控制法的原理和方法。研究表明,阴极过电位是电解液性质的实时反映,通过阴极过电位的控制可得出在不同电解条件时,添加剂最佳量的控制,从而在复杂铜电解过程中稳定了高纯阴极铜的生产,并获得更高的电流效率。
The paper describes the effect on the addictive and principle and method of controlling cathodic overpotential during the refinement in copper electrolysis. The results of its applications show that cathodic overpotential can reflect the nature of electrolyte and the control of the best quantity of addictive under different electrolysis conditions can be known through control of cathodic overpotential. Therefore it stabilizes the production of high pure cathodic copper during sophisticated copper electrolysis and obtains the higher current efficiency.
