摘要
阐述了鞍山体育中心训练馆工程采用我国自主知识产权的劲柔索张拉穹顶结构施工方案,以及施工全过程张拉控制值的确定。实践表明,预应力的逐步施加是工程能否顺利实现的关键,针对这个问题,文中运用作者提出的适于该种结构形式的“改进的倒退分析方法”进行模拟施工全过程的力学跟踪分析,其计算结果不仅包括结构施工完毕的结构内力和节点位移,而且包括施工过程中在任意时刻所有构件的内力和节点变化,以便得到施工各阶段柔索施工张拉控制值,使结构达到最终理想成形状态。
Stiff and soft cable dome structure with intellectual property of china is used in Anshan Athletics Center. It is a new type of space structure from cable dome structures. The construction project of stiff and soft cable dome in Anshan Athletics Center has been stated for the first time, including four stages of the construction, the installation course of stiff cables on upper layer and soft cables in lower layer in details, and tensional course. The stage of prestressing step by step is the key of all the construction. The improved backward analysis method is put forward to realize computer simulation of the full process for construction. The results include the structural internal forces and nodal displacements at the end of construction as well as the process. So tension control values of soft cables can be got all the process and the best forms can be found.
