摘要
探讨护士职业倦怠的相关因素,并采取相应措施,组织护理人员学习新文化理论;对年轻护士开展有针对性地培训,创造良好的生活环境;鼓励开展科研及技术革新,提倡参加自学考试及成人教育学习;实行"星级护理",竞争上岗。
To explore the relating factors of job burnout among nursing staff. Then, the following measures were carried out, including organizing the nurses to learn new theoretical knowledge, providing training for young nurses,encouraging nursing research,innovation and continuing learning, practicing "star nursing" program and competitive duty system.
