摘要
以沙柳材为原料,在沙柳材重组木制造关键参数正交试验的基础上[1],探讨沙柳材重组木的断面结构和施胶量对沙柳材重组木物理力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,实验室条件下的施胶量较佳工艺参数为9%。当木束层平行组坯时,其横纤维方向的干缩率是顺纤维方向的2.27倍;而木束层垂直组坯时干缩率较小、且长宽方向上相近。
This paper focused on a new wood - based panel - Salix scrimber, in term of the results of the perpendicular experiment of Salix Scimber, a further discuss has been given about the effects of resin content or crosssecition structure on the properties of the composite. The results showed that in the laboratory, the optimum parameters of resin content is 9%. While forming with the wood bundles parallel to each other, shrinkage ratio at the direction of the cross of grain is 2. 27 times than that at the longitudinal direction. While with the wood bundles perpendicular to each other, shrinkage ratio at the two directions are less, and also closely.
