摘要
通过对高校图书馆用户结构和信息需求的多元化研究,揭示了咨询工作中的主要矛盾,并针对用户咨询问题的级差,提出要整合图书馆的优质资源,创新咨询服务模式,建立多层复合分布式的咨询服务保障体系。
Through multiple studies of the structure of users and information requirements in academic libraries, the paper tries to reveal the major contradictions in the consultation work and puts forward some demands upon integration of the excellent resources according to the different levels of information inquired by the users.The author holds that the modes of consultation service should be innovated and multiple-level overlapping con- sultation service system should be set up.
