摘要
由于地层漏失严重,作业冲砂施工过程中工作液无法将井筒内的砂柱携出地面。针对清砂作业成功利率低的行业性工程技术难题,通过开展油管输送式捞砂、钢丝绳输送式捞砂工艺研究,研发了工艺配套工具及专用捞砂作业机,逐步形成了完善的机械捞砂工艺系列技术,达到完全清出井内砂柱以及提高修井施工效益的目的。文中主要阐述了机械捞砂工艺的结构装置、工作原理、技术特点及现场应用。通过现场试验,该工艺技术实现了油井清砂的目的,避免了油层污染并延长了油井免修期。
For serious formation leakage, the working fluid can’t carry sand column to ground surface in the process of sand washing. In order to solve the low success rate problem of sand removal, a special bailing machine is developed through the research on the tubing and rope conveyed sand bailing technology. The bailing machine can clean out the whole sand column in oil well to reach to the goal of improving the well workover benefit, and the mechanical sand bailing technology is perfected. In this paper, the composition of the equipment, the operating principle, the technical characteristic and the field application of the mechanical sand bailing technology are introduced. The results of field application show that the mechanical sand bailing technology can remove thoroughly the sand in oil well and oil layer pollution can be avoided, resulting in prolonging oil well repair free period.
