摘要
对放置使用中的无菌溶液进行细菌培养，发现：（１）细菌培养的阳性率随放置使用时间的延长而增加，并与使用次数密切相关。（２）采用冰箱保存不能避免液体污染。建议：（１）使用时间不应超过２４小时。（２）根据用量选用小量包装液体，一次使用后即弃。（３）改进操作方法，减少皮屑脱落和液体污染。（４）把好治疗室的空气消毒关和抽吸液体时的无菌操作关。
Aseptic solution for puncture needle disinfection were bacterial cultured,the results showed that (1)the positive rate of bacterial culture increased as the time of solution placememt prolonged and the times of making use of the solution increased;(2)storage in refregerator after use could not prevent from contamination.The authors suggested that ①the using time should not beyond 24 hours;②according to the concrete condition small quantity of liquid be packed and be throwed out after use;③improve procedure to decrease scarf detachment and liquid contamination;and ④air disinfection in treating room and aseptic procedure in liquid aspiration be guaranteed.
