摘要
利用功率分别为800W、509W、290W的微波对花椒进行了间歇式干燥试验,并应用自制的微波干燥试验测试系统检测了花椒的质量和温度。试验结果表明,与传统热风干燥相比,微波干燥花椒的时间大大缩短,但干燥后的花椒品质不理想,微波功率越大,品质越差。利用单项扩散模型、指数模型和Page方程对薄层花椒微波干燥进行了拟合,结果表明单项扩散模型拟合效果最好。
Intermittently drying experiments of Chinese prickly ash under microwave powers of 800 W, 509 W and 290 W respectively were conducted. A self-developed device was used to measure the mass and temperature of the ash in the experiments. The experimental results showed that the microwave drying time was much shorter than that of traditional hot-air drying, but the quality of the microwave dried ash was not as good as that of hot-air drying and this characteristic was getting more and more remarkable with increase of microwave power. In addition , "the monomial proliferation model, exponential model and Page equation were used to describe the folium microwave-drying of the ash and the results showed that first one gave the best result.
