摘要
目的:探讨中国河南汉族人群中D19S253、D12S391和D18S535等3个STR位点的遗传多态性。方法:对80份河南汉族无关个体的EDTA抗凝血样,采用PCR和PAGE技术进行检测,并构建等位基因梯阶。结果:3个位点的等位基因分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡,杂合度均大于0.763,个体识别力均大于0.904,非父排除率均高于0.531,多态信息含量均高于0.730。结论:中国河南汉族人群中此3个STR位点具有很高的遗传多态性,可用于法医学个体识别和亲权鉴定。
Aim: To explore the genetic polymorphism of D19S253, D12S391 and D18S535 in Henan Han population. Methods: A total of 80 unrelated individuals from Han population in Henan were subjected to detect the allele frequencies(AF) of D19S253, D12S391, D18S535, and observed heterogosity(HO), discrimination power(DP), polymorphic information content(PIC) and power of exclusion (PE) were calculated. Results: All loci were found no deviation from Hardyeinberg equilibrium. HO of the three loci were all more than 0. 763, DP were more than 0. 904 ,PE were more than 0.531 ,and PIC were more than 0.730. Conclusion: These 3 loci have high DP values and can be used for forensic personal identification and paternity tests.
