摘要
针对某新车型建立了带假人及约束系统的整车侧面碰撞耦合计算模型,通过在欧洲侧面碰撞法规ECER95规定的侧面碰撞条件下的试验值和模拟值的对比分析,验证了模型的正确性,在此基础上提出了提高车辆侧面碰撞性能的方法和措施,研究了安全带以及安全气囊和气帘在侧面碰撞中的作用.
The paper presents a full vehicle's coupling model with a dummy and restraint systems for side impact of a new car. The model is validated by a comparison of the simulation results with the test results in the ECE R95 side impact condition, and several method and countermeasures are proposed to improve side impact performance. The role of belt and airbag in side impact is also studied.
