摘要
论述了中重型车用柴油机实现欧Ⅳ应具有的基本条件,讨论了对发动机主要系统、部件及油品的要求,包括增压系统、燃烧系统、燃油喷射系统、活塞、机体、缸盖等。重点分析了为实现欧Ⅳ降低NOx和颗粒要求,采用优化燃烧+选择性催化还原(SCR)和废气再循环系统(EGR)+颗粒捕捉器(DPF)两条技术路线的利弊。根据中国的实际情况,初步认为我国中重型车用柴油机实施欧Ⅳ排放宜首选优化燃烧+SCR技术路线。
This paper introduces the basic requirements for realizing Euro Ⅳ for MD/HD vehicle diesel engines, and discusses the requirements for engine main system,component and oil,including turbo system,combustion system,fuel injection system,piston,body cover etc.This paper also analyses the requirements for reducing NOx and particulate,two technical routes,optimized combustion +SCR and EGR +DPF, are described and compared in detail.According to the conditions in China,the former one is preferred for realizing EuroiV for MD/HD vehicle diesel engines for China.
