摘要
文献资源特色数据库建设是图书馆数字化建设的重要组成部分，是图书馆数字化资源建设的核心和发展方向。长文通过特色数据库建库原则、加工软件选择、资源采集与制作、资源发布与利用四个方面．结合作者在长馆数字图书馆建设和全国文化信息资源共享工程中的工作经验，阐述了公共图书馆如何建立与利用自己的特色数据库。
The development of the literature resource special database Plays an important Part in the library digitalization, and also is the core and developing trend of the library resource digitalization. From the four aspects of the building rule of the special database, the selection of the processing software, resource collection and production as well as resource release and use, this PaPer expatiates how its own sPecial database is built and utilized in a Public library based on the author＇s own working exPerience.
