摘要 黄河下游河南段有多处引黄灌区,在工程上可构成一个系统,把各灌区引水、配水与黄河大堤加固、淤临、淤背纳入统一计划,统一调度。清水灌溉,泥沙放淤(筑堤)将开辟黄河下游水沙资源综合利用的新途径。以原阳县韩董庄穿堤闸以西7.1km长堤河为试验区。 There are some irrigation areas directing from the Henan reach of Yellow River.It can be made up of a system in engineering,that bring derersion,water destribution of each irrigation area and reinforce the riverlevee,sitting up dyke face and back into the unified plan and dispatch.Clear water irrigation and silting up (reinforce dyke)open up a new way on comprehensively utilizing water and silt resources of lower Yellow River.In this paper,the author have made some initial study and designe work in this respect,taken 7.1km river along embankment west to the gate in Handong Village Yuanyang country as a experimental region.
