摘要
目的探讨扩大的患侧甲状腺切除术(患侧甲状腺加峡部切除术)治疗单发甲状腺结节的合理性与安全性。方法回顾性分析76例单发甲状腺结节病人施行扩大患侧甲状腺切除术的临床资料。结果甲状腺良性病变71例,甲状腺乳头状腺癌5例。术后无严重并发症,无甲状腺功能低下。5例甲状腺癌病人均存活,无癌复发。结论患侧甲状腺加峡部切除术治疗甲状腺单发结节安全、有效。
Objective To evaluate the feasibihy and safety of Expansion thyreoidectomy on the single thyroid nodule. Methods The clinical data of 76 cases of single throid nodule treated by expansion thyreoidectomy from 2000 to 2006 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 71 cases benign tumor and the other （5 cases） carcinoma were found by histopathological examination. No severe syndrome happened. Hypothyroidism was not encountered and all thyroid carcinoma patients survived without tumor recurrence during the follow-up period. Conclusion Unilateral lobe with isthmus resection is safe and efficient for the single thyroid nodule.
