摘要
孝文化是中国传统文化的重要组成部分,孝文化强调养老和敬老。当前乃至今后相当长的一段历史时期内,养老保险制度还不能完全解决我国的养老问题,因此,重视养老保险制度与传统文化的依托非常必要。其主要思路是:提倡传统文化学习,推动孝文化的回归;增强家庭养老功能,优化养老财税政策;强化养老道德宣传,严格养老法律机制;博采众长借鉴经验,锻造特色养老制度。
Hau Culture,the culture regarding filial piety for younger generation to their parents,is an important part of traditional Chinese culture,which emphasizes on supporting the elders as well as respecting them.For now and a fairly long period of time to come,the pension insurance system in China can not solve the problem of elders completely.Therefore it is extremely necessary for us to attach importance to the pension insurance system and to rely on our traditional culture.The ideas regard to promoting traditional culture as following：advocating the study of traditional culture and accelerating the return of Hau Culture,enhancing familycare functions for elders and optimizing the pension and tax policies,strengthening the moral education and holding the pension law strictly.drawing from all the experience and establishing a characteristic pension system.
