摘要
本文分析工期延误造成的各种成本增加因素,详细分析了投资回报延期的利润偏差和工期延误可能出现的风险成本,指出了控制工期的重要性。
Every elements of cost increment because of project delay is analyzed. The interest deviation of investment repay delay and possible risk cost of project delay have been analyzed in details. The importance of project time limit control is emphasized.
