摘要
目的了解自身免疫性肝炎患者对疾病知识需求状况,探讨更有效地开展健康教育工作的方法。方法对38例自身免疫性肝炎患者进行问卷调查。结果患者对健康教育的需求很高,主要集中在治疗、自我保健等方面。结论应针对不同患者的个体差异制定不同的健康教育内容,提高了护理质量,使患者受益;增强了护理人员专业素质;建立了新型的护患关系。
Objective To know the health care education demand of patients with autoimmune hepatitis and to search for more effective ways for conducting health care education. Methods Thirtyeight patients with autoimmune hepatitis were selected to answer questions about health education program. Results It was found that the patients had high demand on health care education and their demands mainly focus on issues such as treatment and self-health care. Conclusion Health education program should be designated according to the difference of individual patients, which will not only improve nursing quality,but also promote the quality of nurses.
