摘要
校园网是电脑黑客和电脑病毒攻击的主要目标.如何在网络安全与资金开销中找到一个最佳的平衡点,合理有效地配置网络安全防护系统是一个值得研究和探讨的问题.通过对某学院网络安全和资金开销两者之间关系的分析,建立了描述该问题的非线性规划模型,并求解该模型,找到了最佳平衡点.并且以校医院为例进行了灵敏度分析,证明模型具有很好的稳定性.推广该模型,加入软件生命周期和技术进步的影响因素,对模型作了进一步地研究和发展.该模型具有良好的推广性和广泛的应用前景.
University net is the main object attacked by the hackers and the viruses. So it becomes a problem worthy of study to find the optimal balance point between the net security and the expenditure and to configure the preventive defense system reasonably and efficiently. By analyzing the relation between the net security and the expenditure, a nonlinear programming model is set up and solved, and then the optimal balance point is found out. Taking the Health Center for example, the sensitivity analysis is followed,which shows the model has a good stability. Finally, the model is developed by adding up the influence of software life cycle and the technological progress. The model proposed in this paper has good popularity and extensive application prospect.
