摘要
本文运用系统工程的理论，引入层次分析法、模糊集合等现代管理科学方法，利用电子计算技术，对电务维修工作量评价问题进行研究，提出了一种比较科学、合理、综合的电务维修工作量评价方法，并给出一个应用实例。
n this paper, we study the evaluation of maintenance quantities of electrical equipments with the help of modern management theories such as System Engineering,Analytic Hierarchy Process,Fuzzy Sets and electronic computing technology, then put forward a rather scientific,reasonable,and synthetical evaluation method. Finally,we give an example.
