摘要
电子政务系统的运行促进了区县政府网上办公的开展,提高了政府的办事效率,但由于运行时日尚浅,仍存在业务流程分散、信息更新不及时、政务资源整合度低等问题。可以从知识管理的角度出发,通过政府业务流程重组、建设统一的政务信息资源库、政府资源整合等方面改进现行的电子政务系统。
The running of Electronic Government System helps the governments of boroughs and counties handle official business work online, as improves governmental work efficiency. However, because the running time is short, there exist many problems, for instance, business process dispersive, information updating late, and the resources conformity of government affair low. From the perspective of knowledge management, we can improve the running of Electronic Government System by reengineering government business process, establishing uniform database of information of government affair and integrating government resources.
