摘要
目的探讨尿毒排析散治疗慢性肾功衰竭的确切疗效。方法对60例临床确诊为慢性肾功衰竭的患者随机分为两组:治疗组(尿毒排析散组)和对照组(中药生大黄水煎液灌肠组),每组病人各30例,治疗组给予尿毒排析散治疗,对照组选用中药生大黄水煎液灌肠治疗,观察两组治疗前后临床疗效,并检测治疗前后血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)指标。结果治疗组与对照组治疗前后总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组与对照组治疗前后自身比较,Scr与BUN均明显下降(P<0.05),其中,治疗组治疗后Scr显著下降(P<0.01)。治疗组与对照组组间比较,治疗组治疗后Scr降低更为明显(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组治疗后BUN变化无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论尿毒排析散优于中药生大黄水煎液灌肠治疗慢性肾功衰竭,尿毒排析散治疗慢性肾功衰竭疗效确切。
Objective The aim of the study was to test the effect of Niao Du Pal Xl San. Methods The patients divided into two groups were given the different drugs. The treatment group was given Niao Du Pai Xi San, the matched group was given the clyster of rhubarb decoction. Scr and BUN were examined before treatment and after treatment. Results The treatment group was better than the matched group （ P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Niao Du Pal Xi San curing chronic renal failure is better than the effect of the clyster of rhubarb decoction. The effect of Niao Du Pai Xi San curing chronic renal failure is valuable.
