摘要
介绍了新型(BY型)高效旋风分离系统在渣油催化裂化装置上的应用情况。BY型旋风分离器较原旋风分离器入口面积大,分离空间高,总高径比大,同时还具有升气管直径比小,灰斗体积及入口截面积比大等特点,有利于提高分离效率,降低压降。应用结果表明,BY型高效旋风分离系统工况稳定,分离效率达到99.998%,再生器内催化剂单耗由原来的0.5 kg/t降低到0.3 kg/t以下,旋风分离系统总压降由6.8 kPa降低到5.5 kPa,操作弹性大,适应性强。
This paper introduced the application of new type (BY) high efficient cyclone separation system in residual fluid catalytic cracking unit. The BY type cyclone separator had lots of features including great inlet square, high separation space, big overall height diameter ratio, small riser diameter ratio, large dust hopper volume and big inlet square ratio that would enhance separation efficiency and decrease pressure drop.The results showed that the system operated stably, separation efficiency reached 99.998%, catalyst consumption in regenerator decreased below 0.5 kg/t from 0.3 kg/t, overall pressure drop decreased from 6.8 kPa to 5.5 kPa; this system had better operation flexibility and adaptability.
