摘要
介绍了一种利用超声波探测研究液体与纸张相互作用的动态过程的装置,对其工作原理、仪器构造进行了分析,并利用该装置对不同液体(水、正己烷)与纸张、PVC膜等相互作用的动态过程进行了研究。结果表明,应用超声波探测可以快速准确地分析液体与纸张相互作用的动态过程,如固-液界面间空气的压缩、排出,纤维的润胀、吸收,H—H键的断裂及纸张中组分的破坏等变化;并提供了一种新式的精确测量纸张施胶度的方法。
Dynamic interaction between liquid and paper was studied by ultrasonic transmission method; the principle was also described in this paper. The results showed that the ultrasonic transmission method can be used to measure the dynamic interaction between liquid and paper, with the time down to milliseconds. During the dynamic interaction, many processes including displacing, replacing or compressing of air in the cavities of the paper fibers, swelling and soaking of the fibers, destruction of other paper components are demonstrated well. Also, the ultrasonic transmission method can be used as a novel approach for precise sizing measurement, especially for low sized paper.
