摘要
本文通过对“宁杞2号”枸杞离体组织培养的研究,进行了丛生芽诱导,试管母本的建立,嫩梢增殖,生根状况分析及其移栽等方面的探讨,进而探索了组培快速繁殖以及生产上适用的组培技术,结果表明:改良MS+BA0.2+KT0.3+NAA0.5和改良MS+BA0.75+NAA1+IBA0.1交替使用,可加快增殖速度;以较短的根系移栽试管苗,既省工、省力,又能提高成活率,从而确立了一套较为理想的快速繁殖体系。
tudies on the tissue culture of rapid propagation for 'No.2' of lycium barlarum has been carried the experiment to study from inducing fascicled buds,cultivating maternal tissues in test tubes and studing the root-growing status of the sprouting seedlings to replanting,and developing some key techniques,which were faster on the propagation in large scale with tissue culture,cheaper in tube-plantlets and suitable for production.The ideal way obtained from our experiments was as follow:using media to exchange each other between the modified MS+BA0.2+KT0.3+NAA0.5 and the modified MS+BA0.75+NAA1+IBA0.1,it could be increase rapidly the numbers of tube-plantlets.And trying to find out the replanting method of the plantlets,in order to increase the survival rate as well as save labour and time from the process,the authors established a propagation system of lycium barlarum with its tissue culture which conform to the actual situation.The data gained in the experiment were useful for growing seedlings of lycium barlarum in planning factory farms.
