摘要
西门子公司新近开发、试制和试验了一种以永磁同步电机为牵引电机的无齿轮传动的地铁车辆用动力转向架Syntegra。这种转向架从3个方面突破了现有的动力转向架技术,它采用全新的集成技术将走行、传动和制动部分综合成一个不可分割的机电一体化系统。该动力转向架具有效率高、自重轻和寿命周期费用低等优点。
A new power bogie Syntegr,t for metro vehicles is newly developed, trial produced and tested by Siemens, with gearless drive and with permanent-magnet synchronous motor as the traction motor. There are three breakthroughs with this bogie against the tradition power bogie. With brand new integration technology, the running, driving and braking parts are integrated into an indiscerptible mechatronics system. The power bogie features high efficiency, light weigh and low lifetime cost.
