摘要
                
                    目的探讨ADA总活性及其同工酶ADA1和ADA2活性与乳腺癌发生发展的关系。方法应用日立7150全自动生化分析仪,采用酶显色法测定ADA总活性;在反应体系中加入ADA1的抑制剂后,再测定ADA的活性,即为ADA2的活性;通过计算求得ADA1活性。分别检测112例乳腺癌患者和98例对照组ADA、ADA1和ADA2的活性。根据有无绝经、肿瘤大小、淋巴侵袭进行分组,分析不同组别的差异性。结果乳腺癌患者的血清ADA和ADA2的活性明显高于对照,ADA1活性无差异;乳腺癌患者中绝经后的血清ADA和ADA2活性高于未绝经者;肿瘤大小、淋巴浸润组无统计学意义。结论乳腺癌患者的血清中ADA和ADA2的活性增高,可能与年龄和激素水平有关,与乳腺癌的预后无关。
                
                Objective Study the relationship in ADA activities and breast cancer progress. Methods Assay the ADA activity with HITACHI 7150.Put the ADA1 inhihgitor in reaction system,and measure the ADA activity,so called ADA2 activity. ADA1 activity is acquired by calculation. ADA1 activity = Total ADA activity-ADA2 activity. 112 breast cancer patients and 98 controls were included in this study.According to menopause,tumor size and lymph node involvement,ADA activities were measured in different groups and analyze the difference. Results ADA and ADA2 activities in breast cancer group were higher than in controls, and no statistical differentce in ADA1 activity. ADA and ADA2 activities in postmenopause group were higher than premenopause group. No differences in tumor size group and lymph node involvement group. Conclusion ADA and ADA2 activities increased in breast cancer patients,maybe correlated with age and hormone level,but independent on prognostic factor.
