摘要
从众现象,是群体中固有的一种现象,它的存在往往影响着科学管理的实施。作为管理干部,只有加深对从众现象的认识和了解,才能在管理中消除其带来的不利影响,进而提高管理水平。
Conformity phenomenon is common in groups. Its existence tends to influence the implication of scientific management. Administrators have to gain an insight into the conformity phenomenon so as to minimize its negative influence on management and improve the management level.
