摘要
无偏析预混合钢粉是在钢铁粉末体系中加入少量粘结剂所制得的一种特种粉末,其目的是减少粉末运送和压制过程中产生扬尘和偏析,提高产品组织、性能和尺寸的一致性。本文综述了国内外对预混合钢粉研究和产品开发的进展,对预混合钢粉的优势、粘结剂组成、混合工艺和混合机理、偏析测定、粉末性能等进行了详细分析和评述。
Non- segregation premixed steel powder is a high grade powder with high profit, which is prepared by adding a small amount of binder in the raw iron or steel powder. This type of powder is characterized by much less segregation and dust during transportation and pressing process, In the meantime, the structure and size homogeneit of the pressed and sintered parts are also improved.The research and development of the non - segregation premixed steel powder in China and oversea countries are presented. The advantages of this technique, binder composition, mixing process and mechanism, inspection method for segregation, the product powder properties are analysized in detail.
