高浓度呋喃西林溶液制备工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的制备高浓度且质量稳定的呋喃西林溶液。方法以不同浓度的苯甲酸、硼酸以及苯甲酸加硼酸作助溶剂,通过含量测定、澄明度观察、3个月留样观察和稳定性试验,寻找合适的助溶剂及其浓度。结果0.02%及0.03%的苯甲酸、0.02%苯甲酸+0.2%硼酸、0.03%苯甲酸+0.4%硼酸均能使呋喃丙林溶液浓度达到1∶3000,质量稳定,放置3个月不析出结晶,其中以0.02%苯甲酸为助溶剂的呋喃西林溶液的稳定性试验结果最为理想。结论以0.02%苯甲酸作为呋喃西林溶液助溶剂效果最为理想。 Objective To prepare the furacilin solution with higher concentration and stable quality. Methods Through observing the influence of different concentration of benzoic acid, boric acid and their mixture as hydrotropic agent on the content, the stability experiment and the clarity of furacilin solution during three months, the proper hydrotropic agent and its concentration were found. Results It was found that 0. 02%, 0. 03% benzoic acid, the mixture of 0. 02% benzoic acid and 0. 2% boric acid and the mixture of 0.03% benzoic acid and 0. 4% boric acid could increase the solubility of furacilin in water to 1:3 000, which solution was stabilized and clarified during three months and the best of all was 0. 02% benzoic acid acted for hydrotropic agent. Conclusion The 0. 02% benzoic acid acted for hydrotropic agent was the best of all.
