摘要
介绍了一种新型的三产品重介质旋流器专利产品,通过改变一二段旋流器的布置形式、连接方式以及内设螺旋导流装置等,使一段旋流器内已形成的分选床层平稳过渡到二段旋流器内,进一步改善二段旋流器的分选条件;设计人员从系统工程角度,首次提出“真正的三产品旋流器”的研究思路,打破了现有三产品旋流器是由两个二产品旋流器简单组合的传统模式;该旋流器具有分选精度高、压力损失低、处理能力大等优点。
Introduced was the patent equipment of a new three-product HM cyclone,in which the separation condition in second stage was further improved by modifying the connection and arrangement of its first-and second-stage cyclones,leading to a stable transferring of the readily stratified materials in first stage into the second.With a view of systematic engineering,the designer gave in first time the concept of 'a real three-product HM cyclone',a technical breakthrough in comparison with the conventional one simply composed of connection of two two-product cyclones.Such cyclone gives advantages as: high separation precision,low pressure loss,and large throughput.
