摘要
针对传统环锭纺纱机存在纺纱加捻三角区导致纱线毛羽较多的现状,介绍了缆型纺纱的原理,分析了缆型纺纱中分割辊直径、分割槽宽度对66支澳毛和70支澳毛成纱毛羽和纱线耐磨性的影响规律。得出在沟槽宽度相同的情况下,分割辊直径越大,纱线毛羽越多;在分割辊直径相同时,随着沟槽宽度的增加,纱线毛羽数量增多。分割槽宽相同时,分割辊直径越小,纱线的耐磨性能越好。
As to the current status of the conventional ring spinning frame with more hairiness, introduction is made to the elements of cable-like spinning. Analysis is done to the impact regularity of the dia. and the width of the groove of seperating roller on hairiness and wear resistance of Austrilia wool with worsted counts of 66 and 70. Conclusion is made that under the same width of the groove, the bigger dia. of the seperating roller, the more hairiness of the yarn. It is the same with the same dia. of the seperating roller, the more hairiness of the yarn with bigger of the width of the groove. Under the same width of the groove, the smaller dia. of the seperating roller, the better wear resistance of the yarn.
