摘要
目的：建立肾灵Ⅱ号片中川芎嗪的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，以Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18为分析柱（46mm×250mm，5μm），流动相：甲醇-1％冰醋酸水溶液（34：66），流速：1mL·min^-1，检测波长：282nm。结果：川芎嗪在0．2～4mg·L^-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9992）。加样回收率为99．36％，RSD=0．83％。结论：该方法准确、操作简便快速，可以作为肾灵Ⅱ号片的质量控制指标之一。
OBJECTIVE To establish a determination method for ligustrazin in Shenling Ⅱ Tablets. METHODS HPLC was adopted in the study. The liquid chromatography was carried out using Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 （46 × 250 mm,5μm） ,with detection wavelength at 282 nm. The flow rate of mobile phase [methanolwater（containing 1% glacial acetic acid）（34：66）1 was 1 mL·min^-1. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear within the concentration range of 0. 2-4 ug· ml^-1 , r = 0. 999 2, the average recovery was 99. 36%. RSD = 0. 83%. CONCLUSION The established method is accurate, simple and suitable for quality control of Shenling Ⅱ Tablets.
