摘要
通过分析当前高校学报普遍采用的交流与赠阅方式,发现这些方式产生的影响效果并不理想,还存在着种种的弊端与惊人的浪费。认为高校学报应改变目前的交流与赠阅方式,以促进有效发行。
With an analysis of the wide exchanges of journals among colleges and universities, the current way of journal exchange is questioned as it is inefficient and the problems and wastes exist. The current way of journal exchange needs to be reformed so as to promote the effective and efficient publishing and distribution of journals.
