摘要
介绍了大庆炼化公司应用大连欧科膜技术工程有限公司的有机蒸气膜分离技术,回收低压瓦斯中的C3以上的组分。在实际运行中,膜装置对C3以上组分的回收率保持在80%以上,每年可以回收3000 t以上C3以上的组分。
The principle and application of recovering volatile organic compounds by membrane technology was described. The industrial application of C3^+ recovery from low-pressure fuel gas in Daqing Refining & Chemical Company was presented in detail. The running data showed that more than 80% of the C3^+ hydrocarbons in fuel gas were recovered by the membrane unit,as a result,over 3 000 t C3^+ hydrocarbons could be received per year, and great economic benefit was provided.
