摘要
RAPD技术自1990年创立以来得到了广泛的应用,但其重复性差,多态性低和成本较高等缺点始终是应用中较大的制约因素。近年来,RAPD技术在模板DNA获得方面有一定进展,并通过改变反应条件和检测手段提高了结果的多态性和可重复性。本文综述了RAPD技术的原理、研究进展,并探讨了RAPD技术存在的问题、完善方法及应用前景。
RAPD technique has been employed in many fields since 1990. However, its shortcomings such as low reproducibility, low polymorphism and high expenditure retard its application. Recently, many progresses have been maken on the requirement of template DNA, opticism of reaction conditions and improvement of testing methods. The principle and development of RAPD technique are summarized in this paper. Furthermore ,its disadvantages and resolving methods and perspeetive are also introduced.
