摘要
关注当代工厂青年的个人问题、心态需求并开展相应的社会服务,是当代青年研究的重要内容,也是构建和谐社会的必然要求。基于这一思考,笔者于2006年上半年在广东东莞进行了一项关于工厂青年问题的调查访谈,初步了解到当代工厂青年在休闲生活、人际关系、异性交往、自我概念以及社会求助几方面的现状、需求及其挑战。如何从工业社会工作视野以及社会系统功能发挥的角度开展工厂青年的社会服务,是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。
Focusing on the technical youth＇ s personal problems and mental demand, and carrying out some corresponding social services, are the important content of research on the contemporary youth as well as the necessity to constructing a harmonious society. Basing on this thought, we carried out a series of surveys and investigations on the technical youth＇ s problems in the City of Dongguan, Guangdong Province, and got some knowledge about the technical, youth＇ s cument situation, demands and challenges in the following aspects such as entertainment, interpersonal realitionship, contact with opposite sex, ego - concept, and social support. In order to build a harmonious society, we should make it an important step to develop the technical youth＇ s social services in the view of industrialized social work, and the view of making social systems function.
