摘要
介绍了利用全光纤Mach-Zehnder干涉仪检测光纤伸长产生小相位移的方法。在40~5×10~4Hz的频率范围内,可检测到由PZT筒产生的最小相位移为5×10^(-7)rad。
The technique for measuring small phase shifts in a single mode all-fiber Mach-Zehnder interferometer is described inthis paper. A minimum phase change of 5×10^(-7) rad has been detected by stretching the fiber with a piezoelectric cylinder driven in the modulation frequency range from 40 to 5×10~4Hz.
