摘要
化疗可杀灭骨肉瘤肺部微转移灶,提高5年存活率,并为保肢提供一个安全的边界,使许多患者得以保存肢体,提高患者生存质量;化疗耐药的出现对骨肉瘤化疗提出了新挑战,但化疗在骨肉瘤治疗中的地位尚无法替代。
Chemotherapy can kill the micrometastasis of osteosarcoma in lung,increase the 5-year survival rate and provide a safe verge for limb salvage, thus help many patients to reserve their limb and improve their quality of life. The chemotherapy-resistant give a new challenge for treating osteosarcoma, but nothing can substitute chemotherapy in treating osteosarcoma.
