活性半焦脱除烟气中SO_2的动力学研究 被引量:9

摘要 性半焦脱硫本征动力学的研究可以在一定范围内预测活性半焦脱除SO2的行为,也是反应器开发和放大的基础.利用固定床反应器,对自制活性半焦在SO2—O2—N2—H2O三相体系,研究了消除内、外扩散影响的条件,并在w(SO2)为0.08%-0.2%,w(O2)为4%-10%,w(H2O)为6%-14%,反应温度为368-398 K,W/F为10-30 s的范围内系统考察了w(SO2),w(O2),w(H2O),反应温度对活性半焦脱硫反应速率的影响,获得了半焦烟气脱硫反应的本征动力学方程.实验结果表明,当活性半焦粒度小于0.2 mm,气体流速不小于0.8 m/s时可消除内、外扩散的影响;模拟烟气中w(SO2)在0.1%-0.15%时,活性半焦的脱硫速率较高,w(H2O)对于活性半焦脱硫速度影响比较明显,随着w(O2)的增加,活性半焦脱硫速率有小幅增加;活性半焦脱硫的活化能为11.811 kJ/mol,较低的活化能与自制活性半焦高的硫容量吻合. Catalytic reaction kinetics equation of flue gas desulphurization (FGD) by activated semi-coke can be exploited to predict the desulphurization capacity of activated semi-coke, and is also essential to reactor designing and enlargement. The approaches to elimination the effects of inner-particle diffusion and inter-particle diffusion were investigated with the SO2-O2- N2-H2O system in a fixed-bed reactor. When the temperatures in the field of 368-398 K, the W/Fvarying in the scope of 10-30, the effects of H2O, SO2 and O2 concentrations, which were in the range of 6%-14%, 0.08%-0.2% and 4%-10% respectively, on the desulphurization rate of activated semi-coke were studied. Results show that inner-particle diffusion and outer-particle diffusion can be eliminated when the size of activated semi-coke is less than 0.2 mm and the gas flow rate reaches 0.8 m/s, which results in the acquirement of catalytic reaction kinetics equation. The desulphurization rate is considerable great when the SO2 concentration is in the range of 0.08%-0.2%. Water vapor content has an obviously influence on the desulphurization rate of activated semi-coke, meanwhile the desulphurization rate of activated semi-coke increased slightly with the increase of oxygen content. The activation energy of desulphurization reaction is 11. 811 kJ/mol, which is in accord with the high desulphurization capacity of activated semi-coke well.
