摘要
贵州黔西电厂1#机组HG-1025/17.3-WM18锅炉运行200小时爆管停机后发现省煤器蛇形管弯头处有一个孔洞,分析结果表明孔洞产生的原因是由于上海市嘉定弯管厂在生产省煤器蛇形管部件过程中热校弯头时烤枪在弯头上割了一个洞,与江西洪都钢厂无关。
HG- 1025/17.3 -WM18 boiler of 1# unit in Guizhou Qianxin Power Plant suspended after operating 200 hours. The reason is that a hole was found in the elbow on coil of economizer. Analysis result indicated that the hole in elbow was made by Bending Factory during the process of hot sizing. It has no business with Jiangxi Hongdn Steel Plant.
