摘要
引起上海水灾害的主要原因不仅是地势低洼、台风、暴雨、高潮和上游洪水等的作用,而且还受地面沉降与海平面上升的影响。海平面上升将会引起海水入侵,使内陆生态系统受影响,如江河淡水变成不宜利用,工农业生产、饮水质量严重改变,码头、仓库甚至街面积水,桥下净空减少妨碍船舶通行,积水难于排泄,水土流失加重等。为减轻和防御上海的水灾害,作者提出了5条对策建议。
The main causes of flood disaster in Shanghai are not only due to low relief, high tide, typhoon, toresntial rain and headwater flooding, but also due to the effect of land subsidence and sea level rise. Rise of sea level will cause the uprising sea water to intrude more upstream and affect terrestrial ecosystem, such as salt fresh water will change the water quality, piers, warehouses and streets will be drowned, decrease of space below the bridge etc. In order to prevent inundation, five suggestive countermeasures have been put forward.
