摘要
介绍了湖湘文化的含义与特点,分析了在湖湘文化影响熏陶下所形成的毛泽东独特的伟人个性品质:博学、睿智,“虎气”与“猴气”相统一的独特气质;强悍、倔强,好斗好胜、决不服输的个性;自信、豪迈,乐观的性格、气吞山河的气魄;“喜变”、“厌平”,大胆革新、勇于探索的精神。探讨了毛泽东在这种个性品质影响下的领导风格与领导方略。
The feature and the intention of Huxiang culture are introduced. The features of the great man Mao Zedong are analyzed, whose characteristics are affected by Huxiang culture, those are, erudition, keen intellect, own the special quality of ＂tiger＇ s personal＂ and ＂clever monkey＂, intrepid, never unyielding, be competitive, self-confidence, heroic, optimistic, audacious, love change disgusting common, holding innovation, and have courage to search. Mao Zedong＇s leader general plan and leader style are explored based on the personal factor.
