摘要
介绍了近海风电场特点、发展态势及关键技术,分析国外近海风电场建设实施案例,并围绕近海风电场优化配置与评估、近海风电场电气传输技术、近海风电场系统接入与稳定运行开展研究,提出了相应的实施及解决方案。
The features, development trend, and key technology of offshore wind farms are presented, and overseas construction cases of offshore wind farms are analyzed. Study of the offshore wind farm is carried out in the aspects of optimal configuration and evaluation, electrical transmission technology, system interconnection, and stable operation. Relevant solution schemes are proposed.
