摘要
就美国德州实施管制的输配电价进行了详细阐述,其中包括电价形成机制以及原始核定价格的过程、电价调整规定、实施管制方式等,并结合德州第一大输配电公司(美国TXU输配电公司)的真实数据说明电价机制具有调节作用。
The regulation details of transmission and distribution charges in Texas USA are presented, including the pricing mechanism, determination process of the initial T＆D charges, price adjustment regulations, and supervision measures. These mechanisms showed fundamental incentives and regulation functions, which were verified by the real data of the biggest T＆D utility in Texas.
