摘要
本文阐明了活齿齿轮副齿廓修形的概念,论述了齿廓修形的目的、方法及合理修形量的选择,提出了“转角等距移距齿廓修形法”,并介绍了应用一次修形原理在齿形展成加工装置上完成内齿轮齿廓修形的方法,旨在提高活齿齿轮副的承载能力。
This paper describes the conception of the modifying profile of the gear pair of the oscillating tooth drive; deals with the purpose, method and choice of the advisable quantity of the modifying profile; advances a modifying profile of the rotation angle-equidistance; and introduces the method of the modifying profile on the processing device of generating tooth, according to the principle of the one time modifying profile. The purpose is to raise the bearing capacity of the oscillating tooth.
